Coaching Process
You will reap the benefits of coaching from the comfort of your home. Unless specifically requested, your coach meets with you over the phone. You will meet with your coach 2-4 times per month for 30-50 minutes per session. Rates range from $199-$750 per month, depending on the coaching program you choose.

Your name, city, and telephone number
Four separate days/times in the next week that you are available for a 45 minute consultation. (Please include time zone.)
At least a sentence or two on what area you may want coaching on.
